How do I make a call?

It’s super easy and safe to connect to your favorite lady anytime!
Call 1-844-332-2639 and enter her extension which you can find on her profile page or through the phone directory once you call. Have your Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express card ready. Verification takes only a couple of minutes while you wait and then the fun begins. You will not be charged for the time it takes to authorize your card.

What are calls Billed as?

The charge on your credit card statement will show as TMSN Solutions. (inconspicuous)

How Much are Calls?

Calls are $2.50 per minute with a 10 minute minimum for all calls from the U.S.A. or Canada ($3.50 per minute for International calls). 5 minute quickies are $15.00. Just let your girl know how long you would like to speak with her and she will charge your card for that amount of time. Blocks of time are billed in 5 minute increments. Super easy, and no wondering how much your bill will be. (All rates are inclusive of GST and taxes)

Do you take ATM/debit cards?

If your debit card has a Visa or Mastercard logo, you can use it.

Are there any other billing options?

We do not accept checks and we do not bill to phone.
You may send in a bank draft, bank money order or personal check to our office (be sure to put the name of the lady you would like to speak with and your email address so we can let you know when your payment is received), just talk to our ladies for the office mailing address.

Can I do a 2-girl call?

You sure can we love to play together! Just set it up with the girls beforehand, and you will be charged once for the 2 individual calls, one for each of the girls.

Can I talk about anything I want?

Each girl will have her own likes and dislikes. If you don’t see it listed on her bio (they’re small), ask her about it via e-mail or Skype. Most of our ladies are No Taboo but if you have a special fetish please email her and ask first. Whatever your desires we will have a lady that will be excited to talk to you!

Can I spoil my favorite girl?

Sure! Who doesn’t like to be spoiled! Just contact that girl for a wishlist, place where she prefers gift certificates from or shipping information to send packages. And of course, you may always tip your favorite lady after your call.

What if I’m not happy with a call, or if I have a question about a charge?

You can email management with the nature of the comment, question, or problem and leave contact information, whether by phone or email, and management will respond to you within 2 business days.

Is my information safe?

Your privacy is very important to us! Your information is never given out to third parties, and you will never be contacted through mailings or on the phone. Your credit card is handled through secured channels so you can feel safe with every transaction made through TMSN Solutions!

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds of any kind. However, if there is an issue with your call please contact management at management@tmsnsolutions.com so that we may be of assistance. Your satisfaction is our greatest concern!

How do you handle it if I decide not to pay after a call?

Please be aware that we subscribe to the National Bad Boy List for our industry and will have no hesitation in reporting any fraudulent or misrepresented transactions, complete with ALL personal information! If you are of the mind to charge back for any reason, it is highly recommended you contact us at management@tmsnsolutions.com to resolve any issue before hand (almost everything can be worked out). Any charge backs will result in loss of all confidentiality privileges. As well be forewarned personal and public exposure can and will take place. We will have no reservations about laying criminal charges.

Fraud

We take fraud VERY SERIOUSLY. By law the fine for Internet fraud is $10,000 or imprisonment for up to 8 years. We will use all means possible to collect debts and put an end to Internet fraud. We work closely with all authorities and investigations pertaining to fraud.
Phone records and IP addresses are used to track and prosecute violators to the full extent of this law.
